I have been traveling in North America since I was a child, going everywhere from Canada to Mexico to the Bahamas.
In 2011, I traveled to Peru for a mission trip. There, I climbed Machu Pichu and got my first experience with other continents and cultures.
In May 2013, I traveled to Rome and Florence for a field study. Through all of my experiences, I have grown more and more interested in travel.
I am excited to add to my list of destinations by traveling and writing while in Budapest this March.

When I graduate I’m hoping to do freelance writing for AFAR magazine.
I joined this class because I love to travel. I have taken a few trips on my own, including a month in Italy; two weeks in England, Ireland and Scotland; and a month in France, England, Ireland and Scotland.

I have been to Karachi, Pakistan, in 2008 for a family visit. I have also been to Orlando, Florida, in June 2013. I went to Disney Wold and Universal Studios.
I went to Dallas, Texas, in July of 2013 and Ontario, Canada, in summer 2008.
I hope to travel around the world to report on international news. I hope to travel again to Pakistan and the Middle East and ultimately report on the Middle East.

I hope to be a political reporter, maybe even internationally.
I found my love of travel after high school when I started taking small trips with friends to places like Shipshewana, Indiana, and Chicago. I extended my adventures with road trips to places like Washington, D.C.; New York City; Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; St. Louis; and Minneapolis.
My first trip out of the country was this past December to Canada, and Hungary will be my first trip overseas.

I've always wanted to travel the world. Even when I just went to Florida as a little girl, I would never want to leave because I was so amazed that other places (besides Indianapolis) existed.
There's something special about being immersed in things you wouldn't normally be exposed to.

I took a roadtrip over spring break to the Grand Canyon and went through a number of states.
A group of 9 students from Ball State University traveled to Budapest, Hungary, during spring break this year.
